- I am a small business owner. What can a website do for me?
A website can offer your business many advantages, including a professional image,
improved branding, 24-hour advertsing, and constant contact with your customers. For many
people, the first place they look when considering a product or service is the Internet.
It is worth your investment to have an online presense.
- How much time does it take to build a website?
A website can be completed in as little as a few days to several months.
Completion time depends on several factors, including: (1) the size of the website and
(2) the amount of time it takes the site owner to arrange hosting (we offer web hosting)
(3) the amount of time it takes the site owner to give required feedback on the web design (content, images, pictures, etc.).
- How much does a website cost?
Our designs range in prices starting from $300 for a basic 4-5 page site. Prices are dictated according
to the number of pages, the number of custom images, and whether or not the
site is database driven.
- Can I just build a website on my own or use a template site?
Yes, if you have the skill...or want to spend months learning web design, image creation,
and the programming languages used in creating sites. Or, you might want a professional
to develop your site so that you may spend that time concentrating on your business.
- Can you guarantee my site will be listed in all the search engines?
No, and you should be careful of any company that might make these guarantees! However,
all of the sites we design, optimize and submit to the search engines are eventually indexed.
- Do you offer gurantees that my work will be done on time and within specifications?
Yes, in fact we guarantee it. We will meet the specifications agreed upon or your site cost nothing.
Additionally, we promise to meet the deadline or you will recieve a 20% discount off the cost of your site.
- When my site needs updating, what is your maintenance fee to do this?
We offer 90 days free maintenance following site completion, installation and publishing.
If you anticipate minor changes/updates on an infrequent basis after the 90 day grace
period, website maintenance requests are invoiced at $60.00 per hour in 30 minute
increments, after all maintenance requests have been completed.
- What are your payment and billing procedures?
We require a deposit of one-quarter (1/4) of the project price in order to begin
development. The remaining balance is paid prior to the website being launched.
